I was referred to Rick when I was in the middle of a significant landscape project & needed a plumber to finish hooking up some yard hydrants before the work could progress.  Rick came promptly & finished his work within hours to my complete satisfaction.  About a week later one of my water heaters stopped working so I called him to come take a look at it.  Once again, he came promptly (same day), determined I only needed a minor part replaced and got our hot water restored quickly.  I'm glad to have found Rick, an honest professional who is skilled in his trade.  Finally I have a plumber I can refer with confidence!Type your paragraph here.

We had a leak in our hot water tank (20 years old!). Rick was recommended to us and he came over the very next day, and wow, did he do a great job.  The space for the water heater was very limited, and Rick managed to put in a new tank so expertly that Joe and I were extremely impressed.  He then came back in 2 days to check the hot water level to be sure all was working efficiently.  I highly recommend Rick Breedlove for his expert work, promptness, professional attitude and his caring personality.  Thanks Rick.  Maggie and Joe

Rick is a life saver.  New year's Eve, no hot water, no fun.  Rick saved the day.  Within 24 hours of placing a call to him, our hot water was restored.  The guys from Sears couldn't come out for six days and wouldn't give me a quote over the phone.  Rick gave me a quote on the phone, completed the job in 45 minutes, and is our hero!  I've called Rick twice now and he's always been able to come out THAT DAY.  Unbelievable. Fair price, honest service, and extremely available.  Breedlove Plumbing are the only ones that I'll be calling in the future.Type your paragraph here.

Rick helped us prepare a home we recently inherited for use as a rental property.  The work was involved, including plumbing, carpentry and finish work which Rick managed and completed on his own.  Extensive work was done on three bathrooms and in the kitchen as well as other rooms in the house.  Electrical work was also involved and Rick was able to manage and coordinate with a separate trades person to see that there was an orderly and integrated flow to all of the work that needed to be accomplished.  We worked together on the project for about 6 weeks.  There are several characteristics of Rick's work I want to make you aware of:  It is organized and he communicates often and with great clarity.  This relieved me of the burden of seeking updates and wondering if he is in full command of his work.  Peace of mind.  He is skilled in a variety of trades including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general construction.  Our project was mostly focused on the interior of the home but some was outside, too, including building a fence and scoping our sewer line down the driveway to the main street.  That ability to address whole problems was attractive to me because I knew he would not leave some aspect of the work lingering after he was done.  Integration.  He thinks critically.  He partnered with me to determine most appropriate and cost effective solutions after understanding what I was trying to achieve.  He was as interested in a quality outcome as I was. This gives me the confidence that he has built long term value into our investment.  Confidence.  He is fair. He provided me with written estimates of what I asked for before he started and those were the costs we paid.  This gave me an ability to budget effectively and without unexpected timing surprises.  Trust. I hope you give Rick the opportunity to work with you.  With warm regards, Brad D.
